Sec. 2025.205. SUMMARY SUSPENSION FINAL ORDER. After the hearing on the suspension of a racetrack license, the executive director shall affirm, modify, or set aside, wholly or partly, the summary suspension order. An order affirming or modifying the summary suspension order is final for purposes of enforcement and appeal. SUBCHAPTER F. OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES
