Sec. 2025.003. FINGERPRINTS REQUIRED.
(a)An applicant for a license or license renewal under this subtitle must, except as otherwise provided by Section 2025.261 , submit to the commission a complete set of fingerprints for:
(1)the applicant; or
(2)if the applicant is not an individual, each officer or director of, and each person who owns at least a five percent interest in, the applicant.
(b)The Department of Public Safety may request any person owning any interest in an applicant for a racetrack license to submit a complete set of fingerprints.
(c)A peace officer of any state, or any district office of the commission, shall take the fingerprints of an applicant for a license or license renewal on forms approved and furnished by the Department of Public Safety and immediately delive
