Sec. 2025.152. LOCATION RESTRICTION FOR GREYHOUND RACETRACK. Each greyhound racetrack must be located in a county that:
(1)has a population of more than 190,000;
(2)borders the Gulf of Mexico; and
(3)includes all or part of an island that borders the Gulf of Mexico.
