Sec. 2023.058. COST OF CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD CHECK.
(a)The commission shall, in determining the amount of a license fee, set the fee in at least an amount necessary to cover the cost of conducting a criminal history record check on a license applicant.
(b)The commission shall reimburse the Department of Public Safety for the cost of conducting a criminal history record check under this subtitle.
