Sec. 2023.056. COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT.
(a)The commission shall cooperate with a district attorney, a criminal district attorney, a county attorney, the Department of Public Safety, the attorney general, or a peace officer in enforcing this subtitle.
(b)The commission, under commission authority to obtain criminal history record information under Section 2023.057 , shall maintain and exchange pertinent intelligence data with other states and agencies.
