Sec. 2023.051. RECOGNITION OF ORGANIZATION.
(a)The commission by rule shall adopt criteria to recognize an organization to represent members of a segment of the racing industry, including owners, breeders, trainers, kennel operators, or other persons involved in the racing industry, in any interaction between the members of the organization and a racetrack association or the commission.
(b)The commission may recognize an organization that meets the criteria adopted under Subsection (a).
