Sec. 552.048. BILLINGS; DEPOSIT NOT REQUIRED.
(a)The municipality may bill drainage charges, identified separately, with the municipality's other public utility billings. Any delinquent billings may be collected on the benefitted property under the procedure prescribed by this subchapter.
(b)The municipality may not require a deposit for drainage service as a precondition to accepting surface flow in the drainage utility system.
