Sec. 379H.103. RESOLUTION OF COMPLEX TITLE QUESTIONS. A land bank may provide assistance and guidance to owners of real property for which there are complex, highly divided fractional interests in the real property because of multigenerational intestate distributions, unknown heirs, and other interested parties for whom accurate information cannot be ascertained.
