Sec. 379H.053. MEETINGS; ATTENDANCE.

(a)The board shall meet in regular session according to a schedule adopted by the board.
(b)The board may meet in a special session:
(1)convened by the president of the board in accordance with the bylaws of the board; or
(2)on written notice signed by a majority of the board members.
(c)The presence of a majority of the board's total membership constitutes a quorum for any regular or special session.
(d)The board shall establish rules related to the attendance and participation of members in regular or special meetings of the board. Rules adopted under this subsection may provide for the removal from office of a member for failure to comply with the rules if a majority of the remaining members of the board vote for the removal.
