Sec. 161.059. MEETINGS.
(a)The commission shall meet on a regular basis.
(b)The commission is a governmental body for purposes of Chapter 551 , Government Code.
(c)Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, a majority of the commission constitutes a quorum.
