Sec. 161.051. CREATION OF COMMISSION BY ORDER.
(a)The commissioners court of a county, by an order adopted by a majority of the court's full membership, may create a county ethics commission.
(b)A copy of an order adopted under this section shall be placed in the minutes of the court's proceedings. The copy of the order is public information.
