Sec. 302.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1)"Career education and training program" has the meaning assigned by Section 2308A.001 , Government Code. (1-a) "Director" means the director of the division.

(2)"Division" means the division of workforce development of the commission.

(3)"Nonrecipient parent" has the meaning assigned by Section 31.0021 , Human Resources Code.
