Sec. 961.305. ATTORNEY INSURANCE REQUIRED.

(a)Each contracting attorney shall maintain professional liability and errors and omissions insurance as required by the nonprofit legal services corporation with which the attorney contracts.
(b)Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 643 (S.B. 1623 ), Sec. 17(8), eff. September 1, 2019.
