Sec. 961.002. APPLICABILITY OF OTHER LAWS.
(a)The Texas Nonprofit Corporation Law as described by Section 1.008 , Business Organizations Code, applies to a nonprofit legal services corporation to the extent provided by this chapter.
(b)Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 643 (S.B. 1623 ), Sec. 17(2), eff. September 1, 2019.
