Sec. 961.211. BOOKS AND RECORDS.
(a)A nonprofit legal services corporation shall keep complete books and records of all money collected and disbursed.
(b)Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 643 (S.B. 1623 ), Sec. 17(6), eff. September 1, 2019.
