Sec. 862.103. REINSURANCE OR RESERVES REQUIRED FOR HOME WARRANTY INSURANCE COMPANIES.
(a)An insurance company writing home warranty insurance in this state shall maintain reinsurance or unearned premium reserves on its policies in force.
(b)Reserves required by Subsection (a) shall be computed in the same manner and to the same extent as is fire insurance under Section 862.102 .
