Sec. 4051.202. COURSE.

(a)To be eligible to receive a license under this subchapter, an applicant must complete a course of study and instruction offered by the applicable company on motor vehicle insurance and insurance covering dwellings.
(b)The course of study and instruction must:
(1)be at least five hours in duration; and
(2)include instruction on:
(A)the policies to be sold; and
(B)the laws relating to the regulation of insurance in this state.
