Sec. 38.206. FEES.
(a)A designated statistical agent may collect from a reporting insurer any fees necessary for the agent to recover the necessary and reasonable costs of collecting data from that reporting insurer.
(b)A reporting insurer shall pay the fee to the statistical agent for the data collection services provided by the statistical agent.
