Sec. 38.204. POWERS AND DUTIES OF STATISTICAL AGENT.
(a)A designated statistical agent shall collect data from reporting insurers under a statistical plan adopted by the commissioner.
(b)The statistical agent may provide aggregate historical premium and loss data to its subscribers.
