Sec. 314.008. EXCLUSIONS; AUTHORITY TO ADOPT RULES.
(a)This chapter specifically excludes ground and/or air ambulance services.
(b)The executive commissioner shall have the authority to adopt rules to implement the requirements of this chapter.
