Sec. 314A.051. REVIEW AND CERTIFICATION OF MERGER AGREEMENTS REQUIRED.
(a)Two or more hospitals may negotiate and enter into a merger agreement, subject to approval by the designated agency as provided by this subchapter.
(b)No merger agreement shall receive immunity under this chapter unless the designated agency issues a certificate of public advantage governing the merger agreement.
