Sec. 260A.004. ANONYMOUS REPORTS OF ABUSE, NEGLECT, OR EXPLOITATION.
(a)An anonymous report of abuse, neglect, or exploitation, although not encouraged, shall be received and acted on in the same manner as an acknowledged report.
(b)An anonymous report about a specific individual that accuses the individual of abuse, neglect, or exploitation need not be investigated.
