Sec. 524.0202. CENTRALIZED SYSTEM OF ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES.

(a)Subject to Section 524.0203 (a), the executive commissioner shall plan and implement an efficient and effective centralized system of administrative support services for:
(1)the health and human services system; and
(2)the Department of Family and Protective Services.
(b)The commission is responsible for the performance of administrative support services for the health and human services system. The executive commissioner shall adopt rules to implement the executive commissioner's authority under this section with respect to that system.
