Sec. 524.0051. APPOINTMENT OF AGENCY COMMISSIONER BY EXECUTIVE COMMISSIONER.
(a)The executive commissioner, with the governor's approval, shall appoint a commissioner for each health and human services agency.
(b)A health and human services agency commissioner serves at the executive commissioner's pleasure.
