Sec. 2267.0067. BINDING EFFECT OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

(a)Except as provided by this subsection, a development plan promulgated by the special board of review under this chapter and any plan accepted by a local government shall be final and binding on the state, its lessees, successors in interest and assigns, and affected local governments or political subdivisions unless revised by the special board of review. If the state entity does not receive a bid or auction solicitation for the real property subject to the development plan, the state entity, at the direction of the executive director of the entity, may revise the development plan to conserve and enhance the value and marketability of the real property.
