Sec. 1506.054. ELECTION.
(a)A municipality may not issue bonds to acquire or construct a facility in an improvement district under this subchapter unless a majority of the qualified voters of the improvement district voting at an election held for that purpose approve the issuance of the bonds.
(b)Each proposition to issue bonds in an improvement district under this subchapter must distinctly specify the purpose for which the bonds are to be issued and the facility to be acquired or constructed.
