Sec. 62.101. ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING.
(a)Not later than the 30th day after the date the corporate existence of an association begins, the initial board shall hold an organizational meeting and elect officers and take other appropriate action to begin the business of the association.
(b)The commissioner for good cause shown by order may extend the deadline prescribed by Subsection (a).
