Sec. 62.011. CHANGE OF OFFICE OR NAME.

(a)Only with the prior approval of the commissioner may an association:

(1)establish an office other than the principal office stated in the association's articles of incorporation;

(2)move an office from its immediate vicinity; or

(3)change the association's name.

(b)On request, the commissioner shall give a person who may be affected by an act described by Subsection (a) an opportunity to be heard. SUBCHAPTER B. INCORPORATION TO REORGANIZE OR MERGE
