Sec. 362.008. CERTAIN DEBTS EXCLUDED FROM SETTLEMENT COMPUTATION. In the settlement of any of the accounts of the personal representative, all debts due the estate that the court is satisfied could not have been collected by due diligence and that have not been collected shall be excluded from the computation.
