Sec. 362.002. COMPELLING SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE. A person interested in the administration of an estate for which letters testamentary or of administration have been granted may proceed, after any period of time, to compel settlement of the estate if it does not appear from the record that the administration of the estate has been closed.
