Sec. 1162.008. GUARDIAN AD LITEM. The court may appoint a guardian ad litem for the ward or an interested party at any stage of proceedings under this subchapter if it is considered advisable for the protection of the ward or the interested party. SUBCHAPTER B. CHARITABLE AND NONPROFIT GIFTS
