Sec. 1158.601. FAILURE TO APPLY FOR SALE. If the guardian of the estate of a ward neglects to apply for an order to sell sufficient property to pay charges and claims against the estate that have been allowed and approved or established by suit, an interested person, on written application, may have the guardian cited to appear and make a full exhibit of the estate's condition and show cause why a sale of the property should not be ordered.
