Sec. 1158.201. APPLICATION FOR SALE OF MORTGAGED PROPERTY. On the filing of a written application, a creditor holding a claim that is secured by a valid mortgage or other lien and that has been allowed and approved or established by suit may obtain from the court in which the guardianship is pending an order requiring that the property securing the lien, or as much of the property as is necessary to satisfy the creditor's claim, be sold.
