Sec. 1158.155. COMMISSION MERCHANT CHARGES. The commission merchant shall be paid the commission merchant's usual and customary charges, not to exceed five percent of the sale price, for the sale of the livestock. SUBCHAPTER E. SALE OF MORTGAGED PROPERTY
