Sec. 1158.553. APPROVAL OF SALE WHEN BOND NOT REQUIRED. If the guardian of the estate of a ward is not required by Subtitle D to give a general bond, the court may approve the sale of estate real property in the manner provided by Section 1158.556 (a) if the court finds that the sale is satisfactory and made in accordance with law.
