Sec. 1151.203. TERM OF LOAN OR RENEWAL. The term of a loan or renewal authorized under Section 1151.202 must be for the length of time that the court determines to be in the best interests of the ward or the ward's estate. SUBCHAPTER F. GUARDIANS APPOINTED FOR WARD TO RECEIVE GOVERNMENT FUNDS
