Sec. 1151.005. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS IN WHICH WARD IS PARTY OR WITNESS. The guardian of the person or of the estate of a ward may not be excluded from attending a legal proceeding in which the ward is:
(1)a party; or
(2)participating as a witness.
