Sec. 1105.052. ADMINISTRATION OF OATH OR MAKING OF DECLARATION. The oath prescribed by Section 1105.051 may be taken before any person authorized to administer oaths under the laws of this state. The declaration prescribed by Section 1105.051 must be signed by the declarant.
