Sec. 1105.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1)"Bond" means a bond required by this chapter to be given by a person appointed to serve as a guardian. (1-a) "Declaration" means a declaration taken by a person appointed to serve as a guardian to qualify to serve.
(2)"Oath" means an oath taken by a person appointed to serve as a guardian to qualify to serve.
