Sec. 86.24. ESTABLISHMENT OF A CEMETERY.

(a)The board may dedicate land owned by The Texas A&M University System within the Bush Presidential Library site to be used as a cemetery.

(b)Subchapter C , Chapter 711 , Health and Safety Code, does not apply to a cemetery established under this section.

(c)Appropriations from the general revenue fund may not be used to establish or operate a cemetery under this section. SUBCHAPTER C. TEXAS REAL ESTATE RESEARCH CENTER
