Sec. 86.23. NAME OF SYSTEM AND COMPONENT INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES.

(a)The board by resolution may change the name of the system or of any institution, agency, or service under the control and management of the board.

(b)This section does not apply to:

(1)Tarleton State University; or

(2)Prairie View A&M University.
