Art. 5421b. WITHDRAWAL FROM MARKET OF LANDS ADJACENT TO CADDO LAKE. Sec.

1.All public land lying beneath or adjacent to the waters of Caddo Lake in Marion, Harrison and adjoining counties, and all such public lands heretofore sold by the State that may hereafter revert to the State and become a part of the public domain, be and the same is hereby withdrawn from the market and the title thereto shall remain in the State of Texas to be enjoyed by the public for fishing and hunting and for State park purposes as may hereafter be provided by Law; and the Land Commissioners is hereby directed to offer no portion of said land for sale nor to receive any bids therefor. 2.The Commissioner of the General Land Office may lease any or all of said land for mineral purposes, as now provided by L
