§ 40-9-124 — Application for requisition of escapee, bail jumper, parole violator, probationer, or community corrections violator

When the return to this state is required for a person who has been convicted of a felony in this state and has escaped from confinement, broken the terms of the person's bail, court-ordered probation, probation pursuant to § 40-35-501(a)(3) , or has escaped from or broken the terms of a sentence to any community based alternative to incarceration pursuant to chapter 36 of this title, the district attorney general for the county in which the offense was committed, the director of probation and parole, or the warden of the institution or sheriff of the county from which the escape was made, shall present to the governor a written application for a requisition for the return of the escaped person, in which application shall be stated the name of the person, the crime of which the person was
