§ 40-6-309 — Application of law
Tennessee·Title 40
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, this part and §§ 39-13-601 - [former] 39-13-603 [repealed] shall govern the interception and use of wire, oral and electronic communications in this state.
