§ 40-19-102 — Forfeiture of fees by clerk
Tennessee·Title 40
Any clerk of a circuit or criminal court who is guilty of any neglect or omission as stated in § 40-19-101 shall forfeit all tax fees and costs to which the clerk would otherwise be entitled.
