§ 39-14-805 — Powers and duties of commissioner
Tennessee·Title 39
For purposes of enforcing this part, the commissioner:
(1)May investigate any offense under this part;
(2)May seek the assistance of any law enforcement agency of the United States, the state, or any local government in the conduct of the investigations; and (3) Shall coordinate the investigation to the maximum extent practicable, with the investigations of any law enforcement agency of the United States, the state, or any local government.
