§ 2-9-119 — County election commission - Selection of voting machines - Destruction of voting machines when obsolete

The county election commission shall:
(1)Select the voting machines to be purchased for use in the county; and (2) Ensure the destruction of the voting machines when the machines are deemed obsolete.
