Text
Each person charged with the administration of any part of the election laws of this state shall, before entering upon the performance of such duties, take the following oath: "I do solemnly swear (affirm) that I will support the Constitution and laws of the United States and the Constitution and laws of the State of Tennessee, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge the duties of my office."
