Each candidate has the right to have delivered to the candidate by the state election commission or the county election commission certified copies of all poll lists and tally sheets used in the election in which the candidate ran, and a list of all voters who changed their residential address to vote under § 2-7-140 , upon demand and payment of the regular legal fees. Copies of the fail-safe affidavits or change of address forms completed by the voters may be used to comply with the request for the list of all voters who changed their residential address to vote in the election.
