The secretary of the county election commission or the administrator of elections shall notify each official of such official's appointment by mail or email in substantially the following form: To ______________ You have been appointed by the County Election Commission as a ______________ (state in what capacity - judge, etc.) to hold the election at precinct ____________________, on the day of ______________, between the hours of ____________________ a.m. and ____________________ p.m. If you cannot serve, notify the administrator of elections immediately. Date ______________ ______________ Secretary, County Election Commission/Administrator of Elections
